Individuals wanting to become a member of Mensa have two ways to qualify to join:
(1) Submitting previous evidence of an approved standardized test/IQ test performed by an independent third party with overall results putting you in the top 2% of test takers, e.g., LSAT ≥95th percentile, MAT ≥95th percentile, WAIS/WISC FSIQ ≥130 overall, and many more. If you are interested in this option, check out the list of accepted options here, or call Mensa’s national office at 817-607-0060 to ask about prior evidence admission.
(2) Successfully completing the standardized Mensa admission testing battery, consisting of two separate tests, with a score on either test correlating to an IQ ≥130 / top 2%. This option is available at regular intervals from Central Indiana Mensa, with our upcoming testing dates listed below.
